A Second Chance at Life

Ted Nelams was given a second chance at life, and he used that chance to change the future for his children. Ted was arrested on drug charges, but he was given the opportunity to go to a drug rehabilitation facility instead of jail. His wife, Laquetta, saw the change that a drug-free life could bring, so she went through a rehab program as well. The family came to Providence House looking for a new beginning. Ted received his G.E.D while in the Providence House program, and he graduated from BPCC in December 2009. Ted is proud to go home and see his young children imitating his behavior--reading and studying. The example he is setting now will lead his children on the right path to success!
